DSA San Diego has voted to endorse and campaign for Proposition 50, which will be on the California ballot for a special election on November 4, 2025. If it passes, Prop. 50 would implement a temporary redistricting of California’s Congressional seats to counteract Republican gerrymandering by redrawing five Republican seats to favor Democrats until the 2030 census.
